Scor SE has completed a cash tender offer to repurchase two series of its subordinated notes — the EUR 3.25% 2047s (callable on June 2027) and its EUR 3.625% 2048 (callable on May 2028). The offer was capped at the aggregate principal amount of its new subordinated note due 2056, which the company announced it would issue on 5 June 2026. The tender offer expired on June 3, and settles on June 8. All repurchased notes will be cancelled as part of the company’s proactive liability management.
