Test4 If I am an individual, can I open an account directly with BondbloX Exchange?
The BondbloX Exchange does not service individuals directly. Individuals will have to be onboarded by our partners, in order to gain access to BondbloX. Our current list of partners may be found here.
Test-there a minimum investment amount to start as Exchange Member with BondbloX?
There is no minimum investment amount.
What is the membership eligibility criteria for my company to be onboarded on BondbloX Bond Exchange?
For a company resident or operating out of Singapore, it needs to be classified as an Accredited Investor .To be an Accredited Investor, a company must meet one of the following criteria more than SGD $10 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) in net assets; or its entire share capital is owned by individuals who are all Accredited Investors To be an Accredited Investor, an individual must meet one of the following criteria:
i) net personal assets exceeding SGD $2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) with a maximum of SGD1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) from primary residence; or
ii) net financial assets (i.e. deposits and investment products) exceeding SGD $1million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
iii) income in preceding 12 months exceeding SGD $300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)

Test3- Can a non-profit organization be eligible to be an exchange member?
Yes, if it meets the Accredited Investor criteria (where applicable) and its constitution has an investment mandate.
