HSBC, AXA Price € Bonds

New Bond Issues
HSBC raised €3.75bn via a three-part deal. It raised:
- €1bn via a 4NC3 FRN at 3mE+75bp vs initial guidance of 3mE+100bp area
- €1.25bn via a 6NC5 bond at a yield of 4.431%, ~22.5bp inside initial guidance of MS+110/115bp area
- €1.5bn via a 11NC10 bond at a yield of 4.777%, ~22.5bp inside initial guidance of MS+140/145bp area
The senior unsecured notes are rated A3/A-/A+. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
AXA Logistics raised €300mn via a 6Y green bond at a yield of 4.745%, 28bp inside initial guidance of MS+150bp area. The senior unsecured note is rated A- (Fitch). Proceeds will be used to finance and/or refinance eligible green projects according to the issuer’s green financing framework.
