Dollar bonds of investment grade Chinese property developers dropped across the curve yesterday. China Vanke, Gemdale, Longfor, China Jinmao saw their dollar bonds fall by 5-9% across the curve. While there was no specific news yet, the overall financial troubles in the property market have in recent months seen concerns emerge even across IG-rated developers.
